Questions
What happens when my minutes run out?
You can't start a new conversation until your allowance resets or you upgrade. Nothing is charged automatically, and any conversation already in progress finishes normally.
Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Your allowance resets every calendar month, on the 1st (UTC), and whatever's left over doesn't carry forward — it's minutes per month, not a bank.
How do I cancel?
Any time, yourself — no call or email needed. Use "Manage billing" on your account page. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, then you move to Free.
